The Regulation of Re Ferdinando B&B  is established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of the structure.

It has a contractual nature between Re Ferdinando B&B and the Guest, therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of this request, implies the total consent of the present Regulations.

Each guest undertakes to observe the aforementioned rules, as well as the rules established to guarantee the safety of management and public order.
Documents:
Identification documents are mandatory for all customers, adults and children, who present themselves at check-in for an overnight stay.
Any temporary guests, subject to management approval, must present themselves with an identity document for registration and may not stay longer than h.23.00.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SAVE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT RECORDED BY AUTHORIZED STAFF INTO ROOMS.
Customers who have booked through agencies, tour operators, web portals or via the website of the www.referdinandonapoli.it website must present themselves with the booking document / voucher.
The choice and designation of the room is at the total discretion of the Management.

Check-in:
It is carried out starting at 1:00 pm until 8:00 pm
(if late a 20 euro surcharge can be applied per room) and, in case of arrival before the scheduled time, if the room should be ready and available, we will be happy to deliver it, otherwise, you can take advantage of a luggage deposit .
On the last day you will need to vacate your room by 11.00 am a.m.

Departure:
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am and the keys must be handed over to the Reception to the staff in charge of checking what is in use (in order to avoid discussions, we invite you to give notice of any breakages).

Re Ferdinando B&B offers its customers free luggage storage until the time of departure.

Check-out time-delay:
It must be requested at the reception on the day of check-out.
Payments for extra hours may be required.

Restrictions:
Minors only accompanied by parents. No weapons, neither drugs, nor excess alcoholic beverages. All rooms are non-smoking.
You can request a double bed or if you want two single beds. The customer who due to improper use, negligence or carelessness causes damage to the structure, its equipment or objects in use, will be charged the necessary amounts for repairs, replacements and cleaning of the case.
For verified abductions we will proceed according to the law.
All charges in the event of customer default will be applied directly using the credit card information provided by the customer at the time of booking. The Management is not liable for damages resulting from events of force majeure or for the lack of objects and / or values of the guests (each Guest is required to diligently keep the objects of his property or to request the safekeeping of the personnel in reception).

Common services: Re Ferdinando B&B has various services designed for the comfort of guests. It is required to use carefully the services and equipment offered; if improperly used, dirty or negligently damaged, you are responsible for the damage caused. Customers will be charged for the costs of any objects damaged or whose absence has occurred after their stay. Each guest must maintain adequate behavior so as not to disturb those present. Any activity that could compromise the safety and tranquility of the guests is prohibited. Room keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to return or damage these will result in the guest being obliged to pay a fee as compensation of € 50.00.

Pet Policy:
Small and medium-sized pets will only be accepted on request; However, in the event of failure to observe the normal rules of cleaning or damage caused by the animal, Re Ferdinando B&B  reserves the right to establish compensation equal to the cost necessary to perform cleaning and / or repair. The owner is responsible for the welfare of the animal and is also responsible for any complaints, damages or injuries to people and / or things.
